Job Description
Though interaction, direction and active involvement with the store managers , the Operations Manager will :-
Live and execute the Mission Statement of the company.
Work towards the vision of the executive.
Ensure sales budgets (both personal and showrooms) are consistently achieved and measured against budget and Pervious year.
Ensure Showroom budgets are set actively monitored for all the showrooms.
Ensure individual budgets are set and actively monitored for all sales staff.
Ensure the showroom manager provides daily feedback to staff and ensures encouragement / direction is given to the team in relation to sales budgets.
Initiate action where sales budgets are not being met (either at store or personal level).
Visit the showrooms on a rotational basis to ensure daily / weekly meeting are conducted with staff to review personal and showroom sales performance.
Provide regular feedback to the Managing Director on showroom sales performance.
Monitor wage budgets and ensure they are achieved.
Monitor and ensure all other showroom controllable expenses budgets are achieved.
Monitor and advise MD on competition and competitors.
