Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Develop Human resource processes for the Practice in line with the vision and set goals.
  2. Implement policies on working conditions, compensation and performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  3. Determination of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reports in consultation with the Medical Director
  4. Recruitment – assist in developing job descriptions , preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
  5. Employee relations and conflict management
  6. Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;

Qualifications:


  1. Graduates with B.Sc, HND and OND only.
  2. Certificates in any computer Studies are very relevant.
  3. Graduates with Professional Certificates in any related fields can also apply.

  2. Applicants must be self-accountable and dedicated to his/her assigned duties.
  3. Applicants must be a team-player.
  4. Applicants must be ready to work with or without prior supervision.
  5. Applicants must possess a good communication skill (proficiency in English).
  6. Applicants must possess good leadership skills.
  7. Applicants must possess analytical edge with an eye for accuracy and detailing.
  8. Applicants must possess a fast and willing learner who constantly strives to work to the best of his/her abilities.
  9. Applicants must possess computer proficiency in working with Microsoft Office packages and the Internet Knowledge.
