However, the position offers more than simply managing your own and your manager’s time. The key to your success will be in your ability to manage, motivate and bring out the very best in a highly experienced and talented team of facilitators.

Accordingly, your interpersonal skills must be of the highest order, and we will be looking for evidence of experience at supervisory level in a medium to large size organisation.

Analytical Skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making Abilities
Must be able to work independently and make service decisions related to circulation.
Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with staff and co-workers as required.
Knowledge of Work - Knowledge of Business Development and team work
Technological Competence - Knowledge of the automated library system an asset.
Interpersonal / Group Skills - Must be able to co-operate with others in busy situations and in
confined spaces
Leadership - Able to set and model high performance standards.
Must reside in Lagos (Lagos residents only)
