Vacancy exist for the post of a Engineer at RSECC managed by intellistern Nig ltd.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

v Design and manage projects
v Overall reporting regarding service quality and performance
v Management of networks
v Ability to troubleshoot faults
v Investigate and efficiently resolve basic call agents complains
v Assist shift leaders and call agents to diagnose and solve telephony and windows Domain login problems.
v Ability to work and perform under pressure with effective time management skills
v CCTV operation and maintenance
v Interface and see on Management and Government officials
v Wireless AP Bridge.
Qualification & Competencies:


v Successful candidates will possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related fields or discipline.
v Relevant work experience within the same field or industry
v Basic networking knowledge is essential
v Fluency in English Language is essential
v Proficiency computer skills and MS Office (word, excel and power point)
v Strong interpersonal skills
v A good understanding of OSI layers
v A good understanding of IP addressing

v Good knowledge of Voice Over IP, telephony, telecoms cable and equipment,
Cisco routers and PBX will be an added advantage.
