Job Details
Job Title: System Analyst

Report To: Managing Director

Objective: To create and maintain substantial value for all customers and ensure sound Sales & Marketing processes at all levels.

Core Working Relationships: Corporate Engineer Manager, Sales/Marketing Executives
- Secretary /PA,Finance Officer, Admin Officers and Proposal Management

Accountabilities:

• Maintain existing ICT projects
• Scout for new business opportunities
• Provide Engineering Support Services where necessary
• Maintain existing OEMs and Suppliers
• Scout for new OEMs and Suppliers
• Prepare quality proposal in response to customer RFQs (Enquiries & Tenders).
• Ensure Quality Assurance in project delivery
• Maintain Proposal Records
• Prepare quality and timely reports on project activities.
• Make product Presentations to Clients

Educational Requirement: B.Engr/HND/ E.E or any engineering course with Certifications in at list one of the Following: CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCP, MCTS, MCITP, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, CCDA, CCDP.

Technical Competences:

• Must be computer literate
• Skillful in basic applications – words, excel, power points, coral draws etc
• Successful career to date with track record of performance.
• Strategic thinker with vision, energy and excellent planning and organizational skill.
• Must have basic knowledge of all ICT technology.
• Tolerant, multi-task, well read with exceptional writing skill.
