Skills:
Working knowledge in Adobe Fireworks (preferable), Abobe Photoshop
HTML, CSS JavaScript (jQuery)
Working with a team without constant supervision
Some experience with PHP will be an added advantage

Qualifications:
ND, Second class lower (minimum)
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience
