A non-bank financial institution based in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking an officer to fill the position of Jr. IT Systems Support Analyst

Job Functions

• Database Administration
• VoIP administration
• Virtual Environment Monitor (Microsoft Windows HyperV)

Qualifications
· Minimum Second Class Upper DivisIon (2.1):
o ComputerScience Single/Combined Honours
o Computer Engineering or Applied Physics
o Electrical/ElectronicsEngineering,
· Minimum of 2 years post graduation experience in Software Development and Database Administration

General Competencies
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
· Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: PHP, C#, Visual Basic,
Java scripting, Action Scripts, CSS3, XHTML and HTML 5
· Database administration and Designs (Using Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL)
· MIS report creation with the use of Business Object, Crystal Report or similar software
· Use of application development tools (Adobe Flex Builder, ColdFusion, Dreamweaver)
· Understand how to configure and manage web servers
· Must understand structured architectures (e.g. MVC)
· Must be able to write advanced queries in T-SQL
· Must understand FTP and TFTP protocols
· Understanding of VoIP Technology
· Understanding of Virtualisation (Vmware or Microsoft Windows HyperV)
