The Role:

• You’ll join the team as a Recruitment Consultant, where initially, on the job training & development will be a large part of your day.
• You will learn to manage your own client portfolio and run a business within a business as a Recruitment Consultant.

A typical day will include:

• Business development.
• client meetings.
• interviewing candidates.
• marketing, headhunting.
• negotiating terms of business.
• maintaining client relationships.
• hitting targets.

Requirement:

• Ideally a minimum 12 months sales experience although alternative professional experience will be considered.
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• React in a targeted environment.
• Articulate and able to present at all levels.
• Good command of written and spoken English
