Required Skills
  • B.Sc Computer Science / B.Sc Electrical Engineering
  • Prior experience in Service Provider and ISP Functionality is key
  • Cisco Certification to Professional Level required with a bias in MPLS Technology
  • CCIE certification highly recommended
  • At least 4 Years high level support of a large Enterprise Environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge in the implementation of QoS Policies
  • Knowledge of interworking with TAC and other Cisco services
