Finance Manager / Office Admin wanted
A financial services company requires the service of a qualified individual to fill this role.
Job description
- Reviews all the necessary documents to avoid disputes.
- Must be in charge of all the accounts maintained in the organization.
- To maintain payments and receipts.
- To ensure all the bills are paid properly.
- Look whether all the audit objectives and audit statements are responded properly.
- Look after weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain office services and office records
- Ensure effective day to day running of the office
- Handle all third party inquiries and manage internal staff relations
- Receive and transmitting as appropriate, accurate record of all messages and correspondence from third parties to the company.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, trainings etc.., taking minutes and keeping notes.
- Organize and store documents and computer based information.
- Protect organizations value by ensuring confidentiality of official files and data
- Interface and negotiating with key suppliers/contractors.
Qualification/ Requirement:
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Have a high level of accuracy and pay great attention to detail
