E-BUSINESS SUITE FUNCTIONAL & TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS
· Consultancy and support of the VARIOUS modules by resolving user issues, Collecting and managing business requirements and update the system based on them.
· Held responsibility for the implementation of new modules and new system features according to ABF methodology.
· Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.
· Utilize Oracle tools (API, PL/SQL, Reports) and other relevant packages such as Discoverer.

· Participate in Reports and Forms customization.

· Prepare & Get user approval for Functional Specifications,
· Mapping Business Requirements to the Oracle Application,
· Develop prototype in Test instance,
· Demonstrate / provide necessary training to users,
· Improve based on feedback,
· Develop Technical Documentation and assist Documentation Assistant in documenting the new process in User guides and Register the same in Production instance,
· Test Custom solution in Test instance.

Job Requirements and Skills
Graduate Qualifications: A First degree BEng, BSc, BTec, Science or Technology Only from a recognised University REQUIRED.
Post Graduate Qualifications: Master’s degree or Post Graduate Qualification would be of ADVANTAGE.
Experience: 7-10 years working experience Minimum 5 year of Oracle ERP exposure is ESSENTIAL.
Certifications and Training Requirements would be of ADVANTAGE
· Oracle Workflow Builder, SQL Loader, Oracle Forms 10g & 11i,Oracle Reports 10g & 11i, Oracle Discoverer, XML Publisher, Oracle Application Framework(OAF)
· Oracle HCM certification/ Oracle OCP certification
· Ability to create and customize oracle forms, reports, customize interface, PL/SQL.
