The EOI Automated Church Identity Card System (ACICS) is an identity management solution that captures church biometrics that is stored in an online database and embedded into the microchip in the card. This solution makes it possible to authenticate any church member and his or her church activities, which include but not limited to monitoring of member financial obligation to the church and activity attendance.

Contribution and Pledge Management

CAMS handles all of your contribution needs, including contribution statements, printed quarterly, annually or ad-hoc.
Contributions are super easy to enter. And that is if you are doing it all manually. But it is even easier if you scan your checks with software provided from your bank. We import the deposit reports from your bank and create your bundles and contribution records automatically. We match the bank routing number and checking account number to a specific person in your database. That way, the scanned checks are already attached to a person's giving record without you having to look them up every time. The only thing you have to do is handle splits and funds other than the default.
And with our Online Giving and Recurring Giving management screens, your contributions are even easier still.
Our Contribution Statements will track Pledges and show how much has been given toward a pledge.
Track giving habits and monitor pledge gifts within CAMS. Export giving history for further analysis, create contribution statements, or any number of related tasks. With the built-in advanced reporting tool, you'll be able to discover first-time givers, top givers, identify giving variances, etc.
CAMS does not have a General Ledger, but we give you all the necessary summary data in a concise report to make it easy to enter a few journal entries, weekly or monthly, into your General Ledger program you use like Quickbooks. Because we handle all of the detailed contribution history on your individuals, you won't need to maintain a separate database of your donors.
Access from anywhere

Ministry doesn't exist within four walls and neither should your church management system. Utilize any internet connection to access the database including Web-enabled mobile devices.
