Imagine the crowd at Navy secondary school Portharcout centre. This is to tell you the extent to which unemployment has gotten to in Nigeria. There were some applicant who sat under canopy and open space due to space constraint. The text started at about 4:50pm and in less than 1:30minutes we were ask to stop.No matter the level of umemployment in the country i would also advice various outsourcing bodies to ensure proper modalities are put in place to ensure orderliness in such situations.

I never really expected anything better considering the number of people that I imagined would turn up for the test. One thing I know recruitment firms don't know how to do in Nigeria is managing crowd; and the UI experience just confirmed this!

They will only conduct the test as soon as the green light was given by the accreditation panel or whatever it was. The blame is NNPC'S and theirs alone.

Apart from the organizers of the test, what about the attitude of many of the candidates who exhibited a profound lack of orderliness and patience. Is it that hard for us Nigerians to peacefully form a queue? Can we compare the behaviour of such disorderly candidates who were not facing any disaster to, say the Japanese, who have exhibited calm even when under pressure? Queues move faster when those queueing behave themselves. We ought to take responsibility for our actions instead of blaming others.

Thanks man that is it, many are complaining as though the organizers came from the moon. From the attitude of some of the candidates it was more difficult for the organizers who didn't do a good job though to recover from their poor planning.

Well Airforce base centre in Ikeja was well organised, I guess the presence of the airforce officers and the fact that we were in their premises brought out the best characters in nigerian candidates for the nnpc test considering the way we (nigerian graduates) disorganise every recruitment exercise that involves large number of applicants, I guess if military personel were in place in most centres, we would have recorded a more orderly exercise....see you all at the top, God knows best
