This is a very gud observation. the only question is if this forum can provide someone with such influnce as to be able to make the house of assembly ( wether the lower house of rep or the house of senate), look into this issue and also to be able to carry out effective follow ups to make sure our very reliable legislative arm of government doesnt sleep over it as they do to several other important issues.
