Expirience has thaught me that some 2.1 results holders are not really intelligent and you will wonder if the went tru the 4 walls of the university, some 2.2 are even far more intelligent, so remove the restrictions and you will fined out we have intelligent young working force.

Nigerians please read carefully :
For Nigerians to be developed we must do things our way instead of imitating the developed nations. We can learn from them but let us not have the base of our knowledge on their theories, principles and practices.
I suggest strongly if we want the best of knowledge let aptitude test be conducted where every graduate relevant to the field of employment be legible to particiapate. Some cram and graduate while others understand and graduate.
We must develop. Our rich fathers can establish companies for their rich children not have them fix in companies when they are not fit or when better heads are available.
It is not a threat but the war which is about to happen is more serious than ...........Everyone who passed through a tertiary institution has the intention of becoming rich. Most of our dreams is almost shattered.
There is war. I say there is a great war. If I were the rich I will not make it continue because I know I have a lot to loose.
The world is at peace when Nigeria dies and coward says it will be good. It will never be good until we are not afraid to die. My soul matters but my heart is gone.
God bless Nigeria. God bless Okonkwo, Timothy.

i totally don't see any reason why anybody would tell me that i should tell them something about my profession and i would not be able to do so because i was not asked in the right place or at the right time or in the right way. all you have to do if you don't understand anything is to ask question. you can't tell me that me that they failed the test all because the environment was not conducive. lets call a spade a spade and stop blaming the wrong people for other people's misfortune. they simply didn't have the answer to the questions they were asked, that's why they failed....who agrees with me?

@cchampme; I totally dnt agree with u. Even in chemical reaction, environmental factors affect results. That is why d same experiment with d same reactants produce different percentage of yield at different environment(time, temperature, ventilation etc)

- This is indeed embarrassing, so much has been said about this (failure, poor performance) yet the academic community are going on strike for an age of memory lost/ weakness (70). The nation has not reacted to this. The students spent more time on campus wasting away when they are suppose to be reading and learning. Government cannot be spared from the blame but the students are more quilty. The 20% that made it may had worked harder during their learning days. This is a hard lesson for all stakeholders in the fold.

Youths who have left sch 4 a long time and engaged in so many struggles in life are called to write exams under stress and confusion. What do the management expect. Give people jobs and see whether they will not perform excellently.
