We are looking for at least 250 marketers to work across a range of responsibilities in her lagos office, all of which are about delivering provocative industry thought leadership and a compelling message to marketers. This position will act as the key business content creator for the region. Responsibilities include identifying and developing industry thought leadership, creating an innovative strategy to tell our success stories in market. This position is full-time and based in Lagos, Nigeria .
Responsibilities
• Develop industry-leading thought leadership for our company
• Dedicated focus on telling our success stories in a scaled way
• Measure the impact of marketing programs in the region
• Act as primary liaison with global marketing counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for our business marketing content and programs
• Create and localize marketing collateral, including copy writing, content development and design
• Prioritize projects and allocate budget accordingly
• Manage a marketing program calendar/roadmap
Requirements
• Creative and engaging writing background
• Excellent reputation for creating engaging marketing strategies
• Proven decision-making skills and reputation for working well with both a local and global team
• Can handle multiple projects simultaneously with timelines of hours, days, weeks or months
• Experience producing compelling marketing content for multiple audiences
• Experience working in a brand, communication or design agency a plus
• Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on environment
• Some travel required
