How? Nigerian foreign mission?

If you ever study anything administrative/finanace or engineering its easy to get called up anytime for jobs and career opportunities. What of guys like me who devoted their time studying the int'l political system of the world to help their countries in the field. I simply don't see opportunities that much for those who read history/int'l relation of strategic studies...do we really have to end up where we don't belong? I speak English,French and Spanish still don't know the way forward. Please if you have information on how to get into the Nigerian foreign mission let me know please I need help.
