Zenith bank calling for interview

For those who wrote zenith bank test recently, they have started calling for interview.

If you know their format do well to let us know here. it's urgent.

Pauljc, did u write the test on the 28th of nov, how and when were u called. pls reply

I work with Zenith Bank, that's why I'm replying this. Congratulations for passing the first stage of the test. For the second stage You will need to go corporately dressed to the venue of the interview, with original copies of your credentials, and four copies of ur CV and credentials. Try to know somethings about the bank. Good luck.

austin, how are u, is that people submit their CV to the bank and if yes,, pls, which of the branch in lagos can i do that? thanks grace

broda, thanks for ur post and advise, pls how many stages are involved in the interview, a friend of mine who wrote in calabar last year august was in terview last week in lagos and sent for another one in port harcourt 3days later...but the problem was that they informed him on monday by 5.30pm from HQ that he has a second interview the nextday teusday by 2pm dot...the time was too tight, but the guy took off very early in the mornin but still didnt get ph till 8pm...he later reported back to HQ in lagos and the HRguy promised to reschedule 4 him...

pls would u know how truthful this is, cos someone is advising the guy that it was actually a ploy/scheme to edge him out, and how soon a rescheduling could come to be, also why not conduct the whole interview for the guy in lagos since he resides there now instead of shoving him around...also whats the pay range for zenith entry level and any benefits...cos oftentimes in the course of the interview they might insist that u state a figure

I wrote the txt on Nov 24th 2008. We just had the interview today. if u are among the ones that wrote that day , i understand they are calling in batches. stay cool and keep praying.

Dear Kemistkris, Actually the interview is in two stages after the apptitude test. The first stage is for you to sell yourself i.e tell them what you know about them and what you can do for them. The second stage (usually 2 or 3 days after the first stage) is just for the the zonal head of the particular region where you wrote your test to see you and chat with you (actually he/she is only trying to test your competency for the job). 3 weeks later expect your letter.

Sometimes after scaling tru the first stage (selling yourself), you might again be called for another aptitude test. This is no ploy to knock anybody off. What actually happened is that you applied and another of your well wishers applied for you somewhere, sometime in some place. Just ignore the call.

someone please explain to me the way zenith interview works.

i have done two stages of their interview already. i have also passed through the credentials stage. i was told to relax and expect my letter only to be called for ANOTHER THIRD inteview some days ago. i did my best in the interview but am still yet to hear anything from them. does zenith recruitment involve three interview stages or is there anything amiss? thanks

I WROTE UR BANKS TEST IN ABJ SEPT 25 2008., WAS CALLED 4 INTERVIEW ON D 4TH OF NOV, ANOTHER INTERVIEW ON D 21ST OF NOV AND FINALLY AGAIN ON 23RD OF NOV ON A SUNDAY WITH THE DIRECTOR ADAORA UMEOJI ALL IN ABUJA. ON THE 15 TH OF DEC 2008, MY COLLEAGUES WITH WHOM DID EVERYTHING WERE CALLED TO PICK UP THEIR OFFER LETTERS BUT SOME OF US WERE NOT CALLED TILL NOW. WEN I CALLED HR IN ABUJA, I WAS TOLD " WEN WE HAVE ANYTHIMG 4 U WE WILL CALL". WOT DO I DO? I WILL APPRECIATE IF U CAN THROW MORE LIGHT. JST INCASE MY CELL # IS 08057959580.
