IS ZAIN CALL CENTRE TRAINING REALLY STARTING ON MONDAY IN ABUJA?

Hello house, some people said that they have been contacted by HRindexx (via sms) to resume the ZAIN call centre training in Abuja on Monday, but so many have not gotten any sms to that effect. What could be the matter? Is that really true and if true, could those already contacted be kind enough to share the details of the terms of the employment as well as the exact pay package and other benefits if any. Yeah it is true cos i got thesame invitation via sms to resume at cham city for zain call centre training though no term was stated in the sms.

If u did not recieve any sms after the phone interview by zain, it means u were not successful!

I was interuiewed but not on phone, I haue not gotten any messsage either, what could this mean, was it that my phone network was bad , what do u think will be done to that regards. Who can I escalate my issues to? Do they haue any phone number?

@ Mallam Abdulmumini. I wish you could be a bit cautious about your 'alarmist' announcement. The call centre has not been completed yet. I can confirm that. Since people were tested and and interviewed in batches, it is only logical to believe that training will be in batches. Before you speculate, investigate. My source is a staff of Zain in the contact centre.

@nikolo: Pls call the number you were asked to call in the first email that asked you to choose a test centre and any other number that would have been used to contact you in the cause of your interactions with HRIndexx or Zain. I think it will yield something.

a friend of mine that works with Zain told me that the company will be sold very soon. they sacked most people cos/maybe, it wasnt making profit any more, so i believe that this dragnet is recruiting for people that will answer their calls on their behave. u can confirm this message oh

The training is in batches so dont fret but say ur prayers and it will be answered. I just received my invitation to training today to start on Tuesday 14th July. and i was among the first people to be write the test on the first day. So dont worry and keep praying. It is well.

I also got the same invitation sms for the training by HRIndexx slated for 14th of july. I heard another batch is also starting their training on saturday, 19th july in same venue (Chams city, plot 56, 1st Avenue Central Area, Abuja). If you have been interviewed by Zain agent, just keep praying because i'm sure you stand the chance of been invited.

U just restored hope to those of us that were not sent sms by telling us that another training is coming up on Saturday, even if we are not there, but for that info alone our moral is now high.

all those who have received the sms for training, did any of you write the test on the 26th of june?

The truth of the matter is that Zain has been sold to Franch people.They need call agents to answer calls for them.If you have contacted by Zain personnels on phone,be rest assured that you will called for training even those bieng interviewed by HRIndex but have not received a call from Zain itself have about 65% chance of being called for training.As of yesterday,Thursday they sacked about 200 members of staff.They new takers Franch People really need new hands ,no wonder they need more than 750 call agents that will soon migrate into more sensitive posts in the long run depending on performance.The Price tag for call agent was originally tagged 70k but now,85k due to abuja call agents plus the training benefits that will added to the 85k on receipt of employment letter after training.
