My Client a market leader in the advertising industry requires the services of professionals in the following positions;
1.Head Marketing/Client Services:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or in a related field. APCON Certification is an added advantage
Experience: Minimum of 5 – 6 years relevant experience with sufficient exposure to supervisory role in the Client Service department/unit of an advertising agency or as head of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively research business opportunities and follow up to acquire new client accounts.
Facilitate the presentation of pitches/proposals to clients based on knowledge of client’s requirements.
Manage organization’s strategic relationships with parties involved in ensuring delivery of client projects.
Facilitate effective project management.
Client relationship management, including periodic communication of advertising campaign status to clients
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of efficient running of advertising campaign processes.
An understanding of the inner-workings service offerings of the various market segments
Ability to think strategically,
Ability to understand client’s business
Ability to deliver powerful presentations to prospective/existing clients
Excellent networking and relationship management skills.

2. Senior Executive, Marketing/Client Services

Coordinate the preparation of presentations for client proposals or pitches
Supervise the effective implementation of advertising campaigns.
Assist in conducting research on business opportunities and make recommendations for acquiring new client accounts.
Attending briefs, supervise junior members of the team,
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of advertising campaign processes.
An understanding of the inner-workings service offerings of the various market segments
Ability to think strategically,
Ability to understand client’s business
Ability to deliver powerful presentations to prospective/existing clients

3.Graphic Artist
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Creative Art/Design or in related field.
Experience Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the creative unit of an advertising agency
Key Responsibilities:
Work with creative team to develop creative brief and design concepts in line with the client’s needs
Assist with the development of innovative design concepts for advertising campaigns in line with organization’s brand.
Assist with the development of pitch/proposal documents
Required Skills:
Knowledge of key steps involved in an advertising campaign process,
Knowledge of key creative design principles,
Good knowledge of specialized graphic design packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Flash, Page Maker, PowerPoint etc
Knowledge of new media techniques including multi-media and web design
