1. Quantity Surveyors ((Estimator) Males))



QUALIFICATION: BSc /HND Holder (2 yrs experience at least)

· Tact in producing bill of quantities ( BOQ)

· Fluent and ability to communicate politely with clients

· Conversant with the engineering world

· Ability to work under intense pressure

· Good interpersonal relationship

· Ability to drive



2. Experienced Bookkeeper (Male/Female)



QUALIFICATION: BSc/HNDOND Holder (Minimum 2 yrs experience)



· High bookkeeping aptitude

· Fluent in communication and ability to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal relationship

· Conversant with accounting principles

· Ability to drive



3. IT Expert (Males and Females)



QUALIFICATION: BSc/B.Eng/HND/OND Holder

· Ability to do computer engineering, systems net working, internet proficient and soft wares management.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Good Customer/Client relationship.

· Conversant with data base application or equivalent

· Good interpersonal skill

· Ability to drive
