I hav a job already paying up2 70k, and some banks hav called me 2 resume with them all simultaneously, but i dont kno their pay pakages.
Can somebody help me with the pay status of IBTC, oceanic, Zenith, perhaps others. I appreciate ur unrelenting efforts

shekeleke, I m really happy 4 u, but ur packege depends on ur qualification and the post applied for. If its graduate trainee, guy go 4 oceanic, u ll be given nothing less than 1.8m per annum
as for Zenith Graduate trainee u have nothing less than 2.5M annual plus allowance, that's as a marketer

i expect you guys to be more realistic here. a member only asked for pieces of information that will guide her decision, i think the best thing to do is to offer reasonable advice or shut your mouth if u have nothing good to offer. shekeleke, i think the best thing for u to do is to ask some of ur friends or some body who works with any the banks i n question. good luck.

well, i would say d pay is 1st consideration, but man find a balance btwn d doooo and ur career objectives and which of the houses u r lookin at can house alldat.
I think your colleagues in the banking industry both within and outside your bank would give u d most correct info. If u are really workin in a bank, ask your fellow bankers. They are more aware of this info than just askin in an open forum like this. Some of d responses here are hearsays and speculations.

I work with FINBANK, and I authoritavely give you the following info. For an Executive Trainee, your annual package is N2.6m, while as an ABO your annual package is N3.8m. I think these would suffice, since you fall in either of the two.
@poster, I strongly advice that you take it to the Lord in Prayer. Don't just go for the pay, if the high pay job is not what God wants for you, you might end up being frustrated by the Job.

CONGRATS! u 've choices to make which is very rare when it comes to job opportunity. In all, u need GOD'S DIRECTION. U also need detailed info concerning the various establishment. Not 4getting ur own plans in life, remember that their are some establiment won't spare u a second. Come 2 think of it, 70k is 2 small considering the state of d economy now so, i urge 2 forge ahead BUT LOOK very well b/4 u JUMP. If it means going to these different banks to see some staff so that they put u thru/give u their conditions before taking ur final decision please do. Once again, CONGRATs
pls money is important oh but job security is also important. Stanbic ibtc is not a nigerian based bank n has a higher financial stability but i dont know what the pay is like. They dont give targets based on amount in cash but based on the number of customers u can bring in. Pray about it n ask around to confirm prices.
