I dont know much about d shell SITP 2, but 4 d chevron operator trainee programme I heared dat dey have soo much on their list to be called so this year dey wont be calling 4 a new recruitment process...but next year?...sure!

For the SHELL SITP/2: the batch 12 graduated last quarter of last year and they were able to call a few guys for employment who were sent to the UK for additional six months training. There is a short list of employable graduates since batch 7 (2003). They will only advertise for new trainees when this shortlist had been reduced drastically. Any way still be hopeful cause they intend to recruit new trainees every year. Thus either b4 the year ends or by 1st quarter of next year they will advertise, other things being equal!
