I really don't have much details about your enquiries. But I can presume, from all information around town, that nobody from the last test had resumed, other centres inclusive.
I understand there are quite some internal challenges and back logs on SITP scheme.
However, if your information is correct, then, We can conclude 'only God can keep a tailless cow from flies'

Good day naija hotjobbers.i have closely monitor the sitp test since we sat 4 it and to the best of my knowledge from a reliable source,,there is nothing as such and we shouldn't entertain worries.Rather lets keep hopes high and pray God to intervene for the successful ones.
Moreso,for those that have received mails 4rm shell,u shouldn't assume all is finish but strive hard and explore the internet to increase your job opportunities.

sitp hopefuls if u av not been sent a BAD MAIL till now then u still av a chance of ur dream comin true,we wuld not b hearing from shell dis year cos d big boys dat call d shots are already on their way out of d country 4 d halls,so late january/february u shuld b expecting d interview call...no info culd b more concrete dan dis. .guaranteed
@stino,as much as authoritative as u sound, i wud stil like u to confirm ur claim cos to the best of my knowledge, resumption for successful ones shud b 1st April so hw do they conduct SRD, medicals and 1month prior notice all b4 that date...Thanks

i have visited this site since monday looking up for comments on the mail i received on SITP but i am yet to c one so i thot i shud find out if i and 2 friends are the only ones who got this mail:

yes, i got that same mail on monday being 10/02/09.
I believe Chekse for some reasons I know SITP starts in April every year so recruitment must end at least two weeks before this time.
With the current trend of things I don't know how they (Shell) are going to do it. But to me,it only seems reasonable that they start calling by the end of this month.
Concerning the fact that medicals has to be done also expect they (Shell) wants to change proceedings this year.Which will not accomodate the 50 weeks programm of SITP.
