Topic: Secretary wanted URGENTLY!

I am sending this mail to apply for the post of a secretary in your organisation. I am a young lady in my early twenties.

I am a computer literate and I am good in 5 different packages which are:- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Page Maker, Corel Draw and Power Point.

Attached to this application is a copy of my C.V. any further information will be supplied on request.

I am really shocked at how some so called trained secretaries do not adhere to simple instructions. How do you expect your employer to download your cv from the advertised environment after given you an e-mail address where to apply and send cv. If it was advertise on newspapers will you go to the same newspaper to post your application. Secretaries pls lets stop disgracing our profession, we ought to be image makers. Tanx
