Fellow inmates,im a fresh graduate of civil engineering,i want to find out if i can apply 4d PTDF OSS without my discharge certificate

No U can't U have to have finished your nysc first, having a discharge certificates is one of the requirements for applying for the scholarship.

There'll b online and paper based application depending on ur preference, probably by end of this month.

Pls how sure r u about serving corps not eligible 4 OSS.
