dawaskee you have to use JPEG to save your scanned document, maybe you used PDF that is why it is refusing to upload. try this it will work out.

pls someone should tell me how to reduce a scanned document using microsoft manager

Its very simple to resize ur scanned documents using the steps belwo:

1. Locate ur scanned document & right click on it, OPEN WiTH Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

2. On Microsoft Office Picture Manager click on Edit Pictures, a Task pane will appear at the reight hand side of the window.

3. On the Task pane at the right the last Item there is Compress Pictures, Click on it and select Compress to Documents, and click on OK.

4. Save and Exit and you're done.
