Nigerian firms are heartless
Hello house,
I wonder if these so called firms still have any conscience in them considering the whole stages of recruitment process indulged by them. Imagine passing through four stages of test and three stages of interview and at the end of the day, nothing to write home about. I am tired of this country. For you to have successfully passed through all those stages, you definitely have a lot of stuffs upstairs. I am not intending to mention any name here but I know most firms now indulge in this terrible act.
It does not make sense when there is only five positions available and 5000 people are invited for aptitude test. I wonder what they gain in tolling on people's emotion. Again, most of them will not notify you of your status either successful or unsuccessful. They keep you on waiting or pending list for life.
Moreover, aptitude test is not the best way to know the best person(s) for the job. Its not everybody that can cram GMAT. Some can cram GMAT and pass the test but they are not fit for the job. This I know for sure. God will see us through one day. Its is well.
