It's not the original they want, they're jus trying to say that they won't accept affidavit. How come nobody mentioned that they want jus people with 2nd class upper?

What they actually mean is that they don't want affidavits, it's not like they want the original copy. But, how come nobody mentioned that they require only people that made a 2nd class upper?
