I have been through the recruitment procedure of Nestle, and I can tell you that the results of aptitude test can not be ready earlier than two weeks from the date it was taken. You should therefore expect to hear from them anytime from December. Also note that only successful candidates will be contacted, most likely by text messages or phone calls. The second stage of the test will be more of skill test, basically o-level physics and maths, English and logic inclusive( and one or two chemistry) for engineering candidates. There are two papers, one for your field, and the other general questions. Speed is all u need, I cannot remember correctly, but ,maybe 20 questions in 10mins. In most cases few candidates get to stage, and in batches of say 10. After which you will start the series of interviews, at times 3-4 stages.
In all, you need to pray, 'cos this might be the only test in the next couple of months, and a pool of successful candidates created, from which the candidates will be screened for possible recruitment as vacancies are available. So Good luck
