Experience & Trainings:

---- 3 yrs RF & BTS transmission and electrical experience with a GSM or wireless telecom operator
----Experience in transmission & Radio planning is desirable
----2 yrs experience in design, implementation & maintenance of power & cooling systems preferably in telecommunications industry
----- Radio frequency propagation and radio/ microwave equipment installation and/or maintenance
------ Experience in climbing towers
------Computer literate with windows and microsoft office experience.

Hmmm, This is a great Job, MTN pays minimum of 3.5 for their Field support engineers, but you need a lot of experience to secure this job.
