MTN Assessment Test

I got a call this afternoon from MTN inviting me for an assessment test on 25th of this month for call centre rep.

Please, my fellow naijahotjobs members kindly help me with any information that may be useful.

Be ware that call centre rep is that customer care rep that attend to customers queries on line using 180. The way and manner you talk to your customers and solve their problems is very important in this nature of job.

Mostly its your communications skills are tested,your typing skills speed and accuracy.then I.Q questions like GmaT e.t.c.Listening skill also will be tested.

The assesment is in two stages:the typing part where, ur speed and accuracy are put to test,ur accuracy has to be above 80% to go for the oral interview.Where u could get to answer a lot of questions like:why should we employ u? and a whole lot of others.If u succeed you would be asked for ur passport and wait for the call to start the training.Take ur credentials originals and photocopies.Best of luck.........Mi Amigo :)
