Ability to work with less supervision
Past Experience in same job position
Update the MD's daily schedules
Plan and review the MD/CEO's itinerary
Supervise the sorting and distribution of all correspondences
Keep custody of various files and reports as needed
Attend and take minutes of meetings with the MD/
People Management
Integrity and Confidentiality
Attention to Details
Good communication skills
Organisational Skills
Resourcefulness
Administrative/Secretarial skills
Proficiency in the use of office suites

First Degree or HND
Minimum of 1 year experience in personal assistant function
