We are a reputable, world class, dynamic, creative and result oriented organization, with group of companies located in the major cities in the country. We are urgently in need of Lease officer in our lagos office

Qualification & Experience
• Relevant university degree
• At least 5-8 years work experience.
• MBA and professional qualification is an added advantage
• Age Not more than 40years old

Job Objectives
Marketing of the company’s products in order to increase the client base of the company and hence the bottomline.

Roles and Responsibilities
• staff supervisory & mgt
• marketing of LEASE products
• market corporate, consumer, operating lease and fund placement
• prepare and submit proposals
• credit appraisal of leases-review / approval of accounts/transactions
• preparation of lease appraisal memo (cam)
• monitoring and execution of facilities granted
• relationship management
• weekly activity report
• create profitable risk asset
• generate liabilities (deposit)
• quality work and attention to details
