you have to let us know why you need the information and what Fidelity bank is up to before we will tell you their salary structure.

Screensaver, is it in regards to the july interview held in benin? pls ve any one been contacted after the 2nd stage. some of us were asked 2 wait behind to see another interviewer which we did. any info pls. i learn its 80k

No its not in connection with the Benin recruitment. It concern a recruitment that was done in Lagos. I just want to have an idea of their salary structure.

Well, u can trust me; therez nothing to hide.... Fidelity has 2 entry levels,,, is quite annoying that ppl u wrote ur test with could be taken with a step higher than you based on result.

ppl with 2.2 starts from BT - Bank Trainee and thatz 1m p/a
ppl with 2.1 starts from EAT - Exec. Assistant trainee and thatz 1.4m p/a

Gud enof, there's a little review in the salary and that means it shud be abit above the figures i mentioned above and again, the BT stuff is being phased out and the current BTs are hurriedly being elevated/converted to EAT,

Fidelity is a good bank really & there's enough space for growth... So congrats, if you made FIDELITY.
