1 FACILITIES MANAGER
* HND/B.SC in Quantity survey/Engineering/Estate Management/Architecture
* Mature candidates with no less than 12 years experience of which 3 must have been at senior levels
* Relevant post graduate certification will be an added advantage

2 LEGAL ADVISER
* Professional Qualification with minimum of 5 years cognate experience
* Familiaruty with FCDA rules and processes will be an added advantage

3 SITE ARCHITECT
* Good university degree in Architecture
* Minimum of 8 years cognate experience preferably in real estate sector
* High aesthetic and conceptual capability
* Relevant post graduate certification will be added advantage

4 MEHANICAL ENGINEER
* HND/B.SC Mechanical Engineer
* Minimum of 8 years cognate experience
* COREN registeration will be added advantage
