Job Title: HR Consultant
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the job holder include but are not limited;
Recruitment
• The job holder will be involved in attracting candidates and matching them to jobs in client companies in temporary or permanent positions.
• S/he will advertise for positions, screen and interview applicants, do background checks and recommend suitable candidates to clients.
• The job holder should also provide advice to candidates on training requirements and career opportunities.
• The role will involve working together with clients to understand and establish their recruitment needs and requirements.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
• The job holder will be responsible for administering clients’ rewards and benefit policies.
• S/he shall ensure that all relevant statutory policies and deductions such as taxes, pensions, are adequately implemented.
• S/he will develop and manage employee record system as required by the law.
Requirements
• A university degree in Business or Social Sciences,
• 3-5 years verifiable experience in a similar role. Experience in an Outsourcing firm is an added advantage
• A Ghanaian team player aged between 27-35 years.
• IT Skills- ability to work with Payroll packages.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrable detail orientation and analytical skills.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
• The job holder will generate business relationship with corporate bodies.
• S/he will be responsible for liaising and managing relationships with clients, colleagues and candidates.
• S/he will be responsible for developing marketing plans and strategies.
• S/he will be responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies.
• S/he will be responsible for the content and the production of marketing materials, including business proposals and Audio-Visual materials.
• S/he will ensure that marketing materials are effectively distributed.
• The job holder will also be responsible for ascertaining brand positioning and awareness.
Requirements
• A good university degree
• 2-3 years verifiable experience in Business to Business marketing. Experience in a target-driven environment is an added advantage
• Verifiable track record of meeting and surpassing targets.
• A Ghanaian team player aged between 25-30 years.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good presentation and customer service Skills
• Good business acumen, use of initiative and drive.
Job Title: Driver
In addition to his driving responsibilities, the job holder is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle he drives is in good condition at all times.
Requirements
• Male
• Ghanaian
• Demonstrable knowledge of Ghana road network
• Sound knowledge of high way codes.
• 35-40 years old
• The job holder must be well-behaved and submissive.
