What position were u interviewed for?
And in the stages of interviews u went have u meet the head of HR ? and the stage of meeting the chairman is the final stage, so in ur final stage as u said did u meet the chairman? if u did then i do believe that u will get the job.
A friend of mine is in such situation did about four stages of interviews meeting the head of HR and the chairmain inclusive, since (21/10/200 and yet have not heard from them,so some people are speculating is january 2009 they are going to contact people some. LET"S KEEP BELIEVING GOD ALMIGHTY FOR HIS ABLENESS.
