Hi guys. Been a while. I was sent a message that Mobil aint recruiting again for the year. Am I alone? Pls lets comment on whatz up at our ends.

Hi guys, someone just told me of this thread and i read through extensively. it is true that some guys have been called for medicals and if you are one of those who got the data form, you would have received either the invitation for medical or the update expressing their "regret to extend an offer for employment at this time". Just wondering... Impish have you been called for medical? your input stopped towards the end.

@Bee. The regret mail was what I got. Are they really serious about that part that openings may be coming later?
@ all. I wonder why we chose to keep quiet at this decisive time. If u've been hired or anything else, then share it. I hope someone says something soon. Takia

Unfortunately i also got the regret mail. i heard its somehow related to the PIB in the senate. some of their licenses will expire in November and the FG has not said anything about renewing them for now. the political climate in our dear country is to be prayed for.

Bee_22 and sightquest, I don't think u guys should lose hope yet. I'd advice u to at least, reply the regret mail stating ur continual interest in the organization. Copy all involved. I believe it will help them to think of you next time the need arises. All d best guys. For getting to this stage with mobil, I think the sky is ur limit.
