The site did not open, to get the initation letter and there was no instruction on how to get it.

i received a mail also for the test,the venue for the test is not included in the text.

i received a mall too today, its only the date we have for now but as soon as we can get the address, we would share with the house.
please we also need guidiance as to the format for the test.

I also got the mail stating that i have been shortlisted for First Bank pre-employment test, coming up on wednesday, 11th february. Its really strange, after visiting there website in which i was refered to for the downloading of the IV letter, but there was no link watsoever to that.

I also applied or the first bank test and i haven't been called. Can you pls tell the house if you got the message thru test or mail and the venue of the exam.

Am of d opinion dat dis is a scam bcos a bank like 1st bank can never use yahoo for their email when they can get an email from their own site.

I think it is a scam how can bank of all bank use yahoo ID

Please let it not be because we are job seekers, we allow ourselves to be used anyhow. My cousin is currently working for Stanbic Bank, he told me vividly that there is no Bank that can invite you for an interview without venue and that yahoo cannot emanate from First Bank website.

so let's be guided.

i guess this is a fraud, i received the mail too, bt went to my junk, i was jut trying to filter my junk when i saw it,
it cldnt be as bad as for any bank even wit the credit crunch, dt they'l now use a yahoo mail wit no proper footnotes at d bottom
even no link to the said webpage dt contains d IV. no contact on the email. c'mon lets smart up,
some1 is getting our email for a possible scam.

I want to advise that those invited for the screening exercise should start preparing. A wrong directory was actually used by the Bank to send out the invitation message, and I want to say that this apparent unethical act has come to the notice of the Human Capital Department of the Bank. A Senior colleague (an Assistant Manager), who did not apply for employment, got this same mail via his local or office address, [email protected]. He did call my attention to this and I immediately suspected the usage of a wrong directory. He later got a counter-mail advising him to jettison the earlier one. The official site, www.firstbanknigeria.com, will be updated soon to accommodate easy access to the INVITATION LETTER. Keep your system generated confirmation IDENTITY NUMBER well.

hello house, if u received the mail inviting u for the test, go to www.firstbanknigeria.com. on the home page, u will see an item stating that first bank is calling for test. click on the item then a new page will come up asking for candidate number. enter your confirmation id that was generated for you at the time of application then click Go. print out the invitation letter that will come up as u will need it to write the test.

venue: multipurpose hall, unilag
date : 11th feb (wed)
time: 11 am

N.B: if u were not sent any mail, also try the process above. that was how i got mine without receiving any e-mail from them.
