ETB RESULT

AssalamAlaikum. ETB test conducted on the 28/11/08 results is out. A member of the bank check for my friend today and he scored 56. Pls what is the passmark? May be u can go to their HR in V.I for your result.

In addition to the pass mark, can you please find out from you ETB friend @ the Hqtrs if there is need for candidates to come individually for their results because some candidates who are not presently in Lagos may prefer that the info be sent to them electronically. I believe you are refering to the test conducted @ Apapa. Thanks and wishing us success

i know the pass mark is 50 from above but i wonder why dey dont take 2:2 for guys.i know of some1 dat passed their test in august 2008,they invited him for interview only for him to get there and was told they dont take 2:2.......does any one have contrary views/experiences?

they take 2-2 for ladies but not guys. the cut-off is 65 also. its a very long process. interview is in 3 stages. am still waiting for chairman's intaview since august las year when i wrote the test. best wishes to those who made above 65!

concerning what i was told that alot people pass the test so there is every possibility for the management to increased the pass mark butb it required prayer may god help us

hi guys, latest gist, ETB has organised another test and may not work with the old one in this one they've completely changed their format, eg they now put some questions on calculating present value interest, compound interest etc,
They even invited some pple who had done test and interview to come and rewrite the test from the 2nd week of feb, so u guys pls watchout!
The HR pple dont hv much to say on this except that "everything has changed" whatever that means? A Mgr also confirmed that they are changing their style from their usual relaxed and conservative bank to an aggressive one

are u saying they will not work with the result of last year? pls elaborate

No test was organized,quote me.I weigh my info properly.
ETB is just repositioning herself as the major 'OGA -MADAM ' in the
HR department resigned recently.Imagine,what an offer.
Meanwhile ,the new Oga is busy rightnow with the experienced staff.(switchers).Just keep on preparing to have a hand -shake with Adenuga.

@ogboigwe: quote urself. what if i told u i wrote the 2nd test and I've gotten my letter after a total of 3 interviews, and u, i didn't even have to see adenuga, we saw the MD anyway. and that old test format (I can authoritatively say) has bn thrown away. the new format is now, 1st interview then test then 2 more interviews, the 1st is the real determining factor, in my set out of more than 100 they took only 29 and invited them for the test!

that is correct, etb has changed their format now, first you attend an ist screening interview, its all about to access you and know if you can speak and express your self well, then if you scale through, you write d test, and the cut off is 50. then you have an interview with the board of directors, and then finally with the chairman, once you meet the chairman, that is the final stage, and if you scale through, you just have to wait for your appointment letter. etb test, contact me oh!!!!
