Entry Level Pays of various banks!

I really do appreciate all the info I get from this site, please does anyone have an idea about the amount paid in Microfinance banks. I would really appreciate if I can get the information.

Thanks for all your effort, i must confess; this is the most loving, caring, and informative house i have ever seen because concrete information like this goes along way to ginger one to perform better in Banks aptitude tests in other to be able to get that kind of Job inother to be able to earn that kind of Money.

Moreso, i will really appreciate it if we can state the different Bank pay as we know that there are alot of assumptions from different corners.

I BELIEVE THE REASON WHY THE BANKS PAY WELL IS TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN TALENTS AND I THINK THERE IS ALWAYS A TIME WHEN A GIVEN BANK IS IN NEED OF SUCH TALENTS MOST-WHEN THEY ARE STILL GROWING OR WHEN THEY NEED TO CREATE A GOOD PUBLIC IMAGE AND TO TAKE THE EMPLOYEES ATTENTION AWAY FROM COMMITTING FRAUD.LIKE IN ANY MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLE,THERE IS ALWAYS A GOAL AIMED TO BE ACHIEVED WITH ANY POLICY,ONCE THAT IS ACHIEVED THE MANAGEMENT COULD REVERSE.ALSO GIVEN NIGERIAN FACTOR...ONCE U HAVE A JOB YOU MAY NOT WANT TO LEAVE IT NO MATTER WHAT EXCEPT YOU ARE SURE OF A BETTER ONE,AND THIS THEY KNOW OF.......THEN WE ARE ALWAYS AT THE RECEIVING END.....WE COULD ONLY WISH FOR THE BEST

This is quite an interesting topic. thanx guys 4ur thotfulnes and creativity and most importantly 4makin info available. Pls i will like to knnow UBAs takehome for entry levels. urgent plzzzzzzzzzz.

UBA do not pay fresher well the pay N1.5m p/a N103,000 when you enter as unconfirmed after 6nmonths you are suppose to be confirmed and ur salary falls to N55,500 very bad compare even to their next level which is at N3.2m p/a at N121 after confirmation cos there is bulk payment in Dec and mar.
UBA is one if not the worst paying bank(especially for freshers)

are all these info 4 real?my take is that one can't really know till you start work.2 people from the same org,on the same level,have given me difft info on salary b4 and u know lag boys and girls can like 2 lie about their salaries so open eye!
