Entry Level Pays of various banks!

does any one in the house know how much the various banks pay,so we know wat to expect

I think zenith pays 2.6m, but BankPhb and ETB are the highest paying with above 3m each.

I know this might sound strange, but itz very true. Lately, Zenith is the least paid now.

For entry level,
Zenith pays 75,000
First Bank pays 107,000
Intercontinental pays 167,000
ETB should be almost 200,000 or maybe 200,000 on the dot.
FirstInland pays 99,000

SkyeBank is around 2.3M p/a
UBA is arnd 1.5M p/a
Bank PHB shd be close to 3M if not 3M plus p/a

a school mate of mine said his been paid 197.000 from zenith bank could that be true with just bsc

ya my friend in zenith is also paid around n160,000

It is possible dat dey were earnin dat but Zenith jst returned to wat dey used to pay b4 dey reviewed it up. Wat i am tryin 2 say is dat dey reviewed it up but due to d fact dat it was a big stain on dir purse n d fact dat Jim Ovia is enterin telecoms thru Visafone, dey had 2 review it down to wat it was b4. Den again d person could av mentioned wat he earns b4 dey deduct tax n all oda deductibles which means his take home pay could be less.

A friend in ZENITH earns 195,000 with B-TECH in elect/elect engrg.

Does any one in the house know how much zenith bank pay OND holder b/cos i am currently working with Costain West Africa Plc. and they pay me N25,000.00/month, but my uncle is advising me of coming to Zenith bank with my OND result. but b/4 making final conclusion i want to know how how much they pat OND hoolder.Anybody in the house, i need your help.

Thanks for all your effort, i must confess; this is the most loving, caring, and informative house i have ever seen because concrete information like this goes along way to ginger one to perform better in Banks aptitude tests in other to be able to get that kind of Job inother to be able to earn that kind of Money.

I BELIEVE THE REASON WHY THE BANKS PAY WELL IS TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN TALENTS AND I THINK THERE IS ALWAYS A TIME WHEN A GIVEN BANK IS IN NEED OF SUCH TALENTS MOST-WHEN THEY ARE STILL GROWING OR WHEN THEY NEED TO CREATE A GOOD PUBLIC IMAGE AND TO TAKE THE EMPLOYEES ATTENTION AWAY FROM COMMITTING FRAUD.LIKE IN ANY MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLE,THERE IS ALWAYS A GOAL AIMED TO BE ACHIEVED WITH ANY POLICY,ONCE THAT IS ACHIEVED THE MANAGEMENT COULD REVERSE.ALSO GIVEN NIGERIAN FACTOR...ONCE U HAVE A JOB YOU MAY NOT WANT TO LEAVE IT NO MATTER WHAT EXCEPT YOU ARE SURE OF A BETTER ONE,AND THIS THEY KNOW OF.......THEN WE ARE ALWAYS AT THE RECEIVING END.....WE COULD ONLY WISH FOR THE BEST

This is quite an interesting topic. thanx guys 4ur thotfulnes and creativity and most importantly 4makin info available. Pls i will like to knnow UBAs takehome for entry levels. urgent plzzzzzzzzzz.

UBA do not pay fresher well the pay N1.5m p/a N103,000 when you enter as unconfirmed after 6nmonths you are suppose to be confirmed and ur salary falls to N55,500 very bad compare even to their next level which is at N3.2m p/a at N121 after confirmation cos there is bulk payment in Dec and mar.
UBA is one if not the worst paying bank(especially for freshers)

are all these info 4 real?my take is that one can't really know till you start work.2 people from the same org,on the same level,have given me difft info on salary b4 and u know lag boys and girls can like 2 lie about their salaries so open eye!

whts up with fidelity bank,how much do they pay?

i have put in a month in first inland bank. the truth is that the institution pays 2.4 for entry levels. monthly takes homes goes for 174,685 after tax and pension deductions. medical allowances are paid quaterly- at the tone of 125k. when a new staff is confirm,he/she gets upfron of furniture,housing and medicals paid upfront to the tone of 500k,450k and 125k(quaterly). just incase you nid a correct position on the the above subject.

well i work in zenith bank, i resumed on the 21st of july 2008. from the appointment letter i received, monthly pay for fresh graduate i,e bsc without additional qualification is N75000, may be it has been increased, we are not sure until we receive our pay for the coming month, because i was payed the no of days i worked in addition to the month of august. i think the pay is below standard for zenith.

Ochulomax, All banks take graduate irrespective of thier courses its all about passing the aptitude test and interview. watch out for banks test. a forum like this will really help us. Always keep in touch. Its well.

pls skye bank pays 3m per annum and not 2.3 as said by one of the house members. the take home is actually 120 after deductions and quarterly pay of 150 every month
