The test is not the true test of one's knowledge. I was told by a reliable source that even workforce employees even fail the test when they are told to write it in the office. So not to talk of we wey dey under tension and pressure on the d-day.

the test is surely not a true test of ones knowledge. just chek the timing amd the strict no calculator rule...God dey anyway...

Though it wasn't exactly a walk in the park, but that test is very, very "passable". Believe me, I've written some tough tests that make Workforce/BATN look like child's play.

All the same, we hope for the best.

fine it is passable but to be candid the timing is faulty owing to the calculation based math questions....

@Eeyeore, so funny by your response. If you've written so many tough test before, and u were able to make it through to the last stage of interview, what are you doing with BAT recruitment, note that these candidate that are complaining are not dull as well.

dont mind those workforce guys,the questions are cheap but difficult without calculator,i knew hw to go abt all the questions but the figures becomes too ambiguous,hw do u xpect someone to solve all those calculations without calculator....
