i tried it 2 days ago, i was able to get to point off being given an id number. i had tried it before then but refuses to go through, so try it again. More so there are no vacancies posted on the site but going by one of the house member info that there was a publication last week 10th march in a national dailies, i think it might be worth trying out. best of luck.
