Topic: ANYONE'S APPLICATIONS STILL UNDER REVIEW ( SHELL)

dose anyone knows when shell will call for next batch

Mines still under review, dts for the Engineering application,. so there's still hjope.

lets all keep our fingers cross and see what happens next.

SHELL HAVE FINALLY DROPPED THE BOMBSHELL (I.E UNSUCCESSFUL) ALTHOUGH I APPLIED FOR THE ENGINEERING POSITION.
IT IS WELL.

did you check your current status if and know what it says

i checked my current status and it still indicates that my application is under review.
but i checked my spam mail and got the following message from shell on 31st july:

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your recent application to Shell expressing an interest in the Graduate Position.

We have carefully reviewed your application with interest and, unfortunately, you have not been successful on this occasion. If you wish to reapply for any of our graduate opportunities, we do ask that you wait for a period of twelve months before submitting another application (as this additional time will allow you to develop yourself further and gain additional experience and/or qualifications).


If you would like the opportunity to comment on your experience of the recruitment process, please find attached a link to the Candidate Experience Survey, www.maven-web.net/sce/login.asp?Quest=52&Route=1. A third party supplier manages this survey and your individual responses will not be made available to Shell.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the interest you have shown in the Shell Group and wish you all the very best for the future.

I actually got a mail on the 31st of July from shell, spelling out that:



Dear Candidate,

We confirm receipt of your application for a graduate position and we thank you for your interest in working with Shell.

Unfortunately, due to business reasons, we are constrained to put the graduate position you applied for on hold. You will be notified as soon as we are able to progress with your application. In the meantime, your application will be retained on our database.

We regret any inconvenience this might have caused you.
