Responsibilities: I was the Head of training. I organized training workshops/seminars for the company. This attracted the University of Nigeria (Enugu Campus) to appoint me as one of the Guest Lecturers for the Computer Training Workshop/Seminar organized by the University of Nigeria (Enugu Campus) and MADOBOF Group.

My other responsibility in this organization was in sales/marketing. As business consultants, I headed the marketing department of the company.

As a result of my outstanding achievements during my one year IA, the company wrote my school (IMT,Enugu) to express their satisfaction on my achievements and decided to retain me as a permanent staff in 1993. I therefore, accepted the offer but on part time, as I was still pursuing my HND program. I later resigned to face my studies in 1994 because of academic challenges.

2. N.Y.S.C: Batch B 1995/1996 Service Year:

State Served: Akwa Ibom

Primary Assignment and Duties: I carried out my primary assignment at the Christian Community Secondary School, Okoyo, Ukanafun Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

I was the Mathematics and Physics Teacher in the school. As a result of my leadership qualities, the school formed a committee and made me the Chairman, External Exams and Statistics Committee. My duties as the Chairman, External Exams and Statistics Committee were to liaise with the External Examining Bodies like WAEC,NECO on documentation and conduct of the exams etc. I coordinated the students’ enrolments for both the internal and external candidates for the exams. I completed my service year in 1997.

Between 1997 and 1999, I was busy writing a text book: “COMPUTER STUDIES AND MAINTENANCE” which was finally published in 1999.


3. MICRO VISIONS (Computer-Management) NIGERIA LIMITED, ENUGU. (2000-2004):

I was employed into this organization in 2000 as the Training Manager to coordinate the training section. In the year 2001, the company added another responsibility to me and made me the Sales/Training Manager.

In 2002, I was made the Engineering/Sales/Training Manager. As a result of my managerial skills and achievements, the company though recruited two additional managers for Engineering and Training Departments and elevated me once again to GENERAL AMANGER in 2003 until 2004 when I resigned because the company was not willing to increase my salary despite all my achievements and during the same period, another company, Diamond-Chase Projects Ltd., Enugu engaged me to partner with them to form an “IT Based outfit”; “Diamond-Chase Computers” which is also a subsidiary of Diamond-Chase Projects Limited. At the Diamond-Chase Projects, Enugu, we were the servicing company to First Bank Plc in the entire eastern branches, WHO, DFID, UNICEF, AGRIC BANK, Schools, Federal Ministry of Works and Transport etc.

I was the Technical Director of the company. My main responsibility in this organization was Business Consultancy Services ensuring that all the contracts awarded to us were promptly executed. I later resigned from the group to enable me pursue my post graduate program in 2005.

Let's all be realistic for once, how many pple graduated at the age of 24yrs, so if Lex4real expresses his disappointment at access bank i think he has a right to, the problem about access is not only in the age thing but also in that anybody that applies has to have a 2.1 and if u're a polytechnic graduate then be prepared to be a contract staff.
I can but say one sentence "Which Way Naija'?

Access bank is only using the age thing to disqualify thier head. After travelling distance, spent money, prepare and Pass thier exam then comes 24yrs and below. Are the entry Level there less than 26?
