Re: Access Bank
I think the access Hr is sick and should quickly seek medical attention.I mean 24 year is INCOMPREHENSIBLE.even the Hr when did he/she graduate from the University and at what age. This people are just making this job search impossible for graduates.I think it is high time the National Assembly legislate on this isssue of age descrimination among job seekers to give all jobseekers equal oppurtunity. If they are really serious about fighting corruption, then it should be tackled wholistically....that is why people falsify there age bcos of things like this.just to fit into yhe system...just imagine me now i am 28 with a 2.1 but cannot aply..even weac is not helping matters by inprinting age on certificates..na waoooooooooooo! na only God fit help person o!

Re: Access Bank
I QUITE UNDERSTAND YOU GUYS PAINS. BUT TO CROWN IT ALL, ACCESS DO NOT COLLECT HND EXCEPT FOR CONTRACT.
THEY SPEND ONE(1)WEEK AT THE TRAINING SCHOOL, EARNS THE LEAST SALARY AND THEY VIRTUALLY DO ALL THE BANK'S JOB.THEIR COUNTERPARTS (B.SC) SPENDS FOR (4) MONTHS AT THE SAME SCHOOL AND ALL THEY DO IS JUST OVERSIGHT FUNCTIONS.
AND, IF RIGHT, THE NON CONTRACT STAFF MAY NOT BE UP TO 1OOO ALL OVER THE COUNTRY
I THINK THE HEAD SHOULD COME DOWN TO NIGERIAN LEVEL... IF HE IS ACTUALLY A FOREIGNER OR SCHOOLED ABROAD

Re: Access Bank
I keep wondering why the Nigeria's government allow this banks to do What they want ,These banks management are behaving as if they did not school in this country,as if they did not sit for jamb and write Waec just like the job seekers ,The fact still remain that the government are not doing their job well.
In a country where graduate is earning 15k per month and they want crime rate to reduce, some thing need to be done on the age issue and that of the HND graduate should be addressed not on paper but with action.Employers of labour need to have a rethink
