Chief Compliance Officer - Ref: RD/CCO

The Role
This is a Senior Management position. The successful candidate reports to the Managing Director and will be responsible for organization of a Compliance policy for the company; monitor compliance by all departments to PRA 2004 regulations and guidelines; maintain a functional and cordial working relationship with the Regulatory Body.

The Person
Minimum of First Degree (2nd Class Lower) in Accounting or any Financial discipline from a reputable University. Professional membership of ICAN is required ( not less than 10 years). With minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience, 7 of which must ave been in a Financial Institution and minimum of 5 years in Senior Management position. Good knowledge of the Pension Reform Act 2004, attendant regulations & guidelines is necessary.
