Urgent vacancy for hotel receptionist and a cook
A reputable hotel at Alagbole-Akute urgently needs the service of :-
- Receptionists Must Reside in Agbole-Akute, Qualification and Experience:
- OND in any field plus minimun of 2 years experience in a standard hotel.
2.Caterers - Duties:
Successful candidates will among others things:
- Cook stock, sauces, soup, stews, vegetables and serve food at the counter
- Write indent and collect food materials from the store
- Cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on shift basis
- Correct and properly arrange chillers and tidy up kitchen store before and after service
- Observe all food safety and hygiene rules
- Carry out general cleaning of all food preparation and service areas and also the fridges, burners, working tables, pots, pans during and at close of work.
- Work in all sections of the kitchen (as may be directed by the supervisor) so as to develop multi skill talent
- Carry out any other jobs assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualification and Experience: - Minimum of ND in Catering & Hotel Management with at least 2 years or WASC/C&G plus 4 years catering experience in a standard outfit.
- Successful candidate should be able to cook and present African & basic continental food,
- He/she should be willing to learn & accept responsibilities assigned.
- He must be a good team player and should be ready to work long hours and during holidays.
- Experience in House keeping & custodian services will be added advantage.
